At our Wellness centre we carry out health and beauty treatments with sea water. The Las Sirenas Resort has the only thermal centre with sea water in A Mariña de Lugo. The Las Sirenas Thalasso Wellness Centre is made up of three floors, one with the thalasso circuit, another area where we carry out individual treatments and finally, another fitness area:

Services:
- Thalassotherapy Thermal Circuit.
- Relaxing and energetic massages.
- Body and facial treatments.
- Fitness area: gym, massage and exercise rooms.
- Outdoor, unheated, freshwater swimming pool, free for guests, open seasonally. Please check opening and closing dates.
*It is mandatory to wear a cap and flip-flops in the Thermal facilities.
Those rates that include a thermal circuit specify this in the room title. It is necessary to make an appointment in advance to access the thermal area and add it to your reservation with the corresponding price.

Children between 3 and 11 years old have limited access to the Thermal Centre. Bathrobes are not available for children.

Fridays, Saturdays and holidays eves: Morning: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Afternoon: 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Sundays and holidays. Morning: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Afternoon: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
